International orders are shipped in 1-10 working days by Dogo Store via DHL as DAP. DAP means the buyer takes on financial responsibilities. In delivered at place (DAP) agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination. Delivery time changes depending upon your country. Your order may be subject to the customs of your country. In such a case, your country customs or the delivery firm will contact you to let you know about the steps you have to complete to receive your packages. Customs fees and additional taxes may vary according to the country you reside in. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover costs to receive the package(s).
Please be noted that in case of PayPal payments, your address on PayPal will appear and we will deliver to your PayPal address unless you give us another shipping address.
When will I receive my order?
The purchases which were ordered after 2 p.m. on weekdays are put into the process of the following day and the purchases which were ordered on Friday are put into the process on Monday. Your order will be shipped within 7-10 working days. Delivery time is variable in wars, natural disasters, fires, terrors and such extraordinary situations. Your order will be shipped to the address which you stated before. The most important factor that causes delays in delivery is the mistake of your shipment address. Please make sure that you stated your address correctly.
What will I do if a delay occurs during the delivery?
If your order is not delivered to the courier company within 1-10 days, please send an e-mail to [email protected] which includes your name and your order number. We will respond as soon as possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.
What happens if I encounter a problem which arises from delivery?
If you receive a damaged product, your new product will be shipped to your address immediately.
What should I do if I don't receive my bill with my order?
